LEMON, BASIL & ELDERFLOWER SPRITZ

Long, refreshing; the taste of summer in a glass. This beautifully simple serve offsets the lightness of elderflower and freshly squeezed lemon with the subtle aromatic depth of fresh basil. This simple to prepare recipe showcases the impressive depth of flavour and subtle complexity that the House of Belvedere is famed for.

INGREDIENTS

• 30ml Belvedere Vodka
• 15ml Elderflower Cordial
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• 90ml Soda Water

METHOD
Combine all listed ingredients into an elegant wine glass. Add ice cubes to the very top and stir gently to dilute and chill, whilst preserving the fizz.

Add a slice of fresh lemon, and a generous sprig of basil. For the most aromatic experience, give the basil a sharp ‘slap’ between your hands before garnishing. Et Voila!
