Australian Consumer Law

This policy applies in addition to your rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law and is not intended to limit or exclude those rights.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Shipment processing time

All orders accepted via our website ("Site") are processed and delivered within the following timelines:


SYD – 2 business days

MEL & BNE – 4 business days

GOLD. C – 5 business days

ADL – 6 Business days

PER – 10 business days  

Outside of these metro areas allow for regional delivery times.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Any order placed after 4 pm will be delivered within a minimum of 3 business days. Orders will be delivered Monday-Friday, from 9am to 5pm only. 

Although we will endeavour to deliver all orders within these timeframes, please note that these are estimates only and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or due to other unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Delivery Charges

All orders over $200 include free delivery.

All orders under $200 will incur a shipping fee of $15.00.

Deliveries outside of Australia are not available.

Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not permitted.


You must ensure that any person accepting or taking receipt of ordered products is at least 18 years of age. We may request evidence that the person collecting the order is 18 years or older and may refuse to deliver goods if the person is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age.

Delivery charges (if applicable) cannot be paid for/covered by store credit and must be paid via credit card at the time of order completion.


We will accept returns of goods in accordance with this Shipping & Returns Policy.

You may return items, at your cost, for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, if it has been more than 30 days since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • in the original packaging; and
  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 We only replace regular priced items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and await instruction.

Please do not send your purchase back to us until we notify you that your return is approved for refund or exchange. Instructions will be provided upon approval.

To complete your return, please send an e-mail to with the following information:

Details of the products to be returned (including the reason for return)

Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable period of time.

If your request for exchange is approved, please allow at least 3 business days for delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received an approved refund, first check your bank account again

If you have not received payment, contact your credit card company or your bank in the first instance as it may take some time before your refund is officially credited against or deposited into the relevant account.

You cannot change or cancel an order after it has been accepted.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If there is a fault with the product or we have breached a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, then we will cover the cost of delivery. In all other circumstances the delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace this Shipping and Returns Policy by posting updates and changes to our Site. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of our Site following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
