Q. What are the shipping costs? 

Shipping is free on all order over $200 otherwise it's $15 nationwide. 

Q. Who can access to this website?

A. This website is strictly invite only and login details or access cannot be share with anyone who hasn't been directly invited with their own account. 

Prices displayed on this Site are strictly confidential and for the purpose of the account holder only. You agree not to disclose the prices of any of the products featured on our Site to any third parties.

The resale of any goods purchased through our Site is strictly prohibited.

Q. Shipment processing time?

A. All orders are typically processed within 1 working day of when the order was placed but delivery times may vary based on the shipping location and 3rd party courier used.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Q. Do I have a quantity purchase limit?  

A. Yes, depending on the product there will be a limit of bottles allowed per order. Any order suspected as fraudulent or with any commercial connotation will be investigated. 

 

Q. How to retrieve a copy of my invoice?

  1. Customer can proceed to their own “My Account” page to see all of their orders. Next to each order will be an option to view the invoice
  2. Alternatively, the customer can proceed directly to their order confirmation email. There will be an option to view the invoice on the email.

Q. When will my "sale" items will be delivered (if applicable)? 

A. Special instructions will be shared during each "sale". Please ensure you read these instructions clearly before placing your order as no responsibility is taken by Moet Hennessey Australia for alternate delivery time frames.
