Taste: Bright, balanced and softly acidic flavours of Apple, Pear and Lemon

We encourage you to pair as you wish but if you are really stuck, try scallops with cauliflower puree, a whole baked snapper with Asian herb salad and for dessert, lemon tart is always a nice match for Chandon Blanc de Blancs.
