To mark the 250th anniversary of Veuve Clicquot, the maison has released this collectible edition of its iconic Rose in an innovative, boundary-pushing gift box, bringing joyful sunny vibes to any occasion. Made from 50% hemp and 50% recycled paper, completely plastic-free, the fully recyclable eco gift box is recognisable. Veuve Clicquot is writing the next chapter of "Naturally Clicquot" pioneering the use of hemp packagaing. Founded in 1772, Veuve Clicquot has since lived it's motto, ""Only one quality, the finest.' The Rose is based on the iconic yellow label blend, completed with 12% red wine to bring strength and aromoatic intensity. A burst of red fruits.

Appearance: Pink with warm copper tones

Aroma: The nose is generous and elegant, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry) leading to biscuity notes of dried fruits and Viennese pastries (almonds, apricots and brioche). Expressive aromas of strawberry and very ripe wild strawberries.

Taste: full bodied and deliciously fruity with intense flavours of juicy ripe strawberries and cherries. A burst of red fruits

Veuve Clicquot Rosé works with rich, smoky dishes, executed simply. Start with oak-smoked salmon and zingy pickled cucumber. The champagne's intense fruit flavours and slightly biscuity finish will work well with peppery smoked duck breast.
