Château d’Esclans
Whispering Angel 2022
Whispering Angel 2022
If you're a fan of Whispering Angel – the perennially popular, whisper-pink, ultra-dry Provence rosé – then you'll no doubt have been eagerly awaiting the release of Caves d’Esclans' 2022 vintage. The 2022 release repeats everything you love about previous vintages – it's pale and pure with notes of fresh citrus and red fruit on the nose and has a palate that is round and well-balanced with great acidity and structure, but with a more creamy, textured and full body. This is a lovely, grown-up rosé.
HOW TO ENJOY
HOW TO ENJOY

Appearance: Light pink but exceptionally pale-looking and very delicate in the glass
Aroma: Expect a tight, youthful intensity on the nose, with well-defined signature red fruit notes of strawberry and ripe raspberry standing out alongside fleshy and bright honeydew melon.
Taste: On the palate are vibrant notes of pink fruit and the freshness of melon contrasted with a creamy, textured and fuller body than previous vintages. On the mid-palate is a hint of pink grapefruit that brings a mouth-watering acidity for a long and lasting finish.
Extremely versatile can be paired with charcuterie boards, Mediterranean cusine, middle eastern, Asian, Thai, sushi and Vietnamese.
Côtes de Provence, France. Château d’Esclans, a magical property, is situated in the heart of Provence, northeast of St. Tropez overlooking La Vallée d’Esclans (the Esclans Valley) with the Mediterranean coast in the faint distance. The vision of Sacha Lichine (Founder) with his acquisition of the Château in 2006 was to create the greatest rosés in the world igniting the “Rosé Renaissance”.
